As both a mediator and a trademark attorney, Fatma Küçüktuncay places particular importance on managing disputes in an effective, balanced manner that safeguards her clients’ long-term interests.

She has further strengthened her expertise in intellectual property law by completing the internationally recognized CopyrightX program offered by Harvard University, as well as through her academic studies on artificial intelligence and copyright infringement. Thanks to her international perspective, she provides a strong legal foundation in cross-border transactions, foreign investor advisory services, and legal services for multinational companies.
