Mediation

Mediation is an effective alternative dispute resolution method aimed at resolving legal disputes between parties through negotiations conducted in the presence of a neutral and independent third party, without resorting to court proceedings. The mediation process is carried out within the framework of the principles of confidentiality, voluntariness, and equality, and allows the parties to develop their own solutions. Along with these principles, mediation offers a practical solution that saves both time and litigation costs.

In certain types of cases, particularly employment law disputes and commercial actions, applying for mediation before filing a lawsuit has been prescribed as a prerequisite for litigation. These regulations have expanded the scope of mediation and made it one of the primary methods of dispute resolution.

We represent our clients by proxy in both mandatory and voluntary mediation negotiations concerning all types of legal disputes. In this context, we aim to produce sustainable and practical solutions for our clients through the mediation process.

In addition, founding partner Fatma Küçüktuncay conducts mediation proceedings as a certified expert mediator registered in the mediation registry in the fields of commercial law, intellectual property law and employment law. Within this scope, we provide all necessary services in both mandatory and voluntary mediation processes, including inviting the parties to mediation, conducting the negotiations, preparing all required documentation in the event of a settlement, and completing the process.
